What do we do and how do we work?

At Finling, we help entrepreneurs make scaling smoother, less stressful and more rewarding by providing them with a fully operational finance team for a fixed monthly fee. We make maximum use of technology and cloud services to reduce costs and hassle for our clients.

Finling specialises in supporting technology, real estate and business services sectors, as well as a handful of non-profit organisations.

Our clients tend to be either funded start-ups, or fast growing entrepreneurial businesses, with some more established clients.  Given the sectors we work in, most clients have managed the pandemic well, and are now looking to resume their growth or expansion plans, and so this is an exciting time to be working with them

Working at Finling

About half of our staff are in the accounts team, with other specialist staff covering financial accounting, tax, payroll, finance advisory and company secretarial.  The accounts team covers bookkeeping, period end close, management reporting and VAT compliance, so a much wider remit that is often found in equivalent teams in practice

We are located in pleasant offices near the centre of Wimbledon, 5 minutes from the station.

  • However, we also offer a hybrid working arrangement, if you prefer, whereby you can work from home on Mondays and/or Fridays, once any initial induction/training period has been completed

Covid-19

We have worked from home since March 2020, and are now phasing back into working in the office subject to Covid-19 easing.
